PAYMENTS

Payment terms will be agreed upon before starting the work. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of props, scenes, and characters. I always aim to find a solution that works for everyone.I work with an upfront payment of either 50% or 100%, depending on the project.I accept payments via PayPal or bank card. You can also use Boosty or Ko-fi to send the payment (technically as a donation, but it's treated as payment for the service).

REVISIONS

• During the commission process, I will provide step-by-step updates (WIP) on the character's development, and you can share your feedback on what needs to be adjusted or improved. I’ll incorporate your suggestions accordingly.• If you decide to request major changes, please inform me immediately so we can determine how to handle them.• A reasonable number of revisions is included in the commission price. Additional revisions may incur extra charges depending on their scope.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Deadlines are discussed in advance, and I will provide a time frame within which I guarantee the completion of your commission.
If I realize I may not meet the deadline, I will inform you immediately, and we will find a solution. However, I strive never to delay an order (this hasn’t happened in my practice so far).

USE

• You are free to use the character for any personal projects. If the character is intended for use in a game, animation, etc., I would appreciate being credited as the creator unless otherwise agreed upon.• The use of my models for AI training or generation is strictly prohibited.• If you're ordering a character or its assets for resale on any platform, please inform me in advance and make sure to credit me as the original creator on your product or store page. If you prefer not to credit me - just let me know, with or without a reason.• Commercial Use: If the character, mascot, or any related assets are commissioned with the intention of generating profit (e.g., for a brand, monetized channel, or commercial project), the creation cost will be higher, as the work is being designed with the purpose of potential revenue. Please be transparent about the intended commercial use when placing your order.• Restrictions on Use: My works may not be used for promotion or involvement in the following areas: cryptocurrencies, NFT, casinos, gambling, schemes for distributing questionable products or services, financial pyramids, as well as projects that violate laws or contain offensive/hate content (political, racist, violent, etc.).
Clients are required to inform me in advance about the real purpose of use and obtain my approval (or refusal). If it turns out that the actual purpose of the project was intentionally hidden, I reserve the right to file a complaint and demand termination of the usage, as such actions may negatively affect my reputation and personally harm me as an individual, even if I was not directly involved.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• I am allowed to publish the work on my social media unless otherwise requested.
I am also permitted to include the work in my portfolio.• If for any reason you feel uncomfortable or it is not allowed for the work to be published on social media or in a portfolio, just let me know.• I am not responsible for any claims related to resemblance or infringement of third-party intellectual property. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the model does not violate any rights.

REFUNDS

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify me as soon as possible.

• A full refund is possible if I haven’t started working on the project.• For ongoing work, a full refund will not be issued, as my time has been spent.• No refunds are available for projects that have been started.• Once payment is made and the rough sketch has been sent, no refund will be provided.• In the unlikely event I am unable to complete your commission after payment, I will issue a refund minus any applicable fees.

COMMUNICATION

I strive to respond to clients as quickly as possible and ensure that they are satisfied throughout the process. I provide regular updates to keep clients informed and reassured that their commission is being worked on diligently. All final geometry files are sent only after the order is fully completed and paid in full. During the process, I provide only WIP screenshots and/or videos.I live in the GMT+3 time zone. You may contact me at any time, even if it is night for me, and I will reply as soon as I am awake. Please take this into account if we have a significant time difference.As I am not a native English speaker, I may occasionally use a translator to communicate.^{A sincere request: please do not mislead me.
If you have changed your mind about your project or are dissatisfied with something, please communicate it directly and honestly.
Do not say you will get back to me in a few days if you do not intend to - misleading statements about your intentions cause unnecessary emotional stress.
When someone says they'll respond soon, I wait and worry, which seriously affects my mental state and makes me very upset.
I truly value honesty and clear communication. Remember, we're all human.}
